The perfect Detox Salad



1 cup cooked and cooled farro (prepare per package instructions)
1 bunch fresh watercress, ends removed
1/3 cup cooked edamame or peas
1 bunch radish
1/4 cup sliced almonds


  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined, add in the cooked farro, watercress, and peas or the edamame.
  2. With a mandoline or sharp knife, thinly slice the radish. Add to the large bowl with the ingredients. Using salad tongs, mix until evenly dressed. Garnish salads with sliced almonds and serve.
